You have the right to delete your TenantAlly account and all associated data at any time.
Submitting a deletion request will permanently remove everything we hold about you from
our servers, including:
Account & email
Profile information
Housing issue records
Photographs
GPS coordinates
Contact logs
Landlord details
Property address
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered by you or by us. We recommend
exporting any complaint letters or photographs you may need before proceeding.
How to Request Deletion

Open TenantAlly, tap the profile icon, and navigate to:
You will be asked to confirm before any deletion takes place. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data are removed immediately and you are signed out of the app. This is the fastest method.
